This offer applies to delivery addresses in the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. Simply select the free ground shipping option at checkout to take advantage of this offer. Orders eligible for free shipping are typically sent via UPS.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom and import duties are not included in our shipping charges.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information before you place your order. MotherOfTheBrideDresses.biz reserves the right to approve which countries it will ship to and in the event a country is not approved, the buyer will receive a full refund.

On international shipments, delays may occur that are beyond our control caused by such factors as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions and custom services.

If duties are not paid by on entry to destination country, or the merchandise is refused, MotherOfTheBrideDresses.biz reserves the right to charge for fees incurred to ship the product back to our facility in Jacksonville, AL, USA.

We take pride in offering our customers quality merchandise that is delivered as promised! We carefully inspect each item that is shipped from our store to be sure it is the style, size, and color that you ordered, free of damage or defect and will reach you before your wear date.

Special orders are NOT returnable and NOT exchangeable. Special orders are orders for dresses that we do not have in stock. Our in stock dresses will be in our "Ready to Ship" section. Dresses on SALE are NOT returnable. If you request to exchange a dress for another size the second dress is NOT returnable.

If you return an in stock dress for a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee. Restocking fees are 30% of the price of the dress.

Sizing charts are available on the site, so be sure that you have ordered the correct size, many dresses are easily altered by a local seamstress. If you need advice on alterations, please call us, we will be glad to assist you. Remember, most gowns are made for women that are 5'8", so most gowns will need some form of alteration.

Please call us at 1-256-365-5414 or email us at customerservice@motherofthebridedresses.biz within 3 (THREE) days of delivery, to advise us of your intentions and we will issue a return authorization number. In order to exchange the dress or receive a refund, you must also ship your package within the same 3 day period and the package must be post-marked. If the package is post-marked past the 3 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back.

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges without this return authorization number. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. We will reject all shipments that do not have a return authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
